Answering Customer Service Queries
Budget: £10 – £15 GBP
We are looking for someone to answer ad-hoc email enquiries. We receive on average of 2 - 3 per day and should take roughly 10 minutes to respond to a query.
Speed would be important, so answering queries all days of the week would be needed but in aggregate it should never be more than 30 mins per day.
