Amazon Part-Time Customer Service

I'm in search of a part-time customer service representative to provide support via email for my Amazon business.

** This job only for Indians.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Addressing customer feedback and reviews
- Resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide product information and assistance with order inquiries

Requirements:
- Proficient in written English, Hindi
- Experience with Amazon seller central is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently and independently
- Previous experience with email customer service

I expect to receive between 10 to 50 customer inquiries per day. You should be able to handle these promptly and effectively. The position is part-time, and your working hours can be flexible as long as you are responsive to customer inquiries during the day.
