I'm in need of a skilled virtual assistant to manage my Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts, focusing primarily on inventory and fulfillment, as well as feedback management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory and Fulfillment:
- Creating inbound FBA shipments
- Sending products to Fulfillment Centers
- Monitoring inventory levels
- Feedback Management:
- Primarily addressing negative feedback to maintain a strong seller reputation
- Creating, updating, and optimizing product listings
This role is critical to enhancing my operations and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience with Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts, Good communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Please note, the initial focus will be on managing inventory and fulfillment, with the subsequent responsibility of addressing negative feedback to uphold our seller reputation. Your expertise in these areas will be invaluable to our success.
