I'm looking for a current Airbnb employee, ideally in a support role, to help manage and remove comments on the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing comments on the Airbnb platform
- Removing comments that are inappropriate or do not comply with platform rules
Types of Comments to Manage or Remove:
- Negative reviews
- Spam or inappropriate content
- Off-topic discussions
Skills and Experience Required:
- Must currently be working at Airbnb
- Familiarity with Airbnb's official admin panel
- Previous experience in a support role is a plus
- Good judgement in identifying comments that need to be removed
- Ability to commit to this as a long-term opportunity
