We are seeking actresses for a series of customer support quality assurance. This role will be a "secret shopper" for online companies. We audit customer experience and support for our clients and help them improve their processes.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable simulate realistic customer calls to test and evaluate the performance of support representatives. Exceptional communication skills to deliver varied call scenarios is required.
This is a fully remote contract based position.
How It Works:
1. We will match you with clients weekly and work within your schedule to simulate call testing. Each call takes 10-15 min. You will play a different persona for each call.
2. You will ask a series of prompts and record each call.
