I need a recruiter for my salon

I have a very busy waxing salon with 3 locations. We are completely understaffed and indeed is getting so expensive with zero results. I need help finding the talent we need! They are hourly employees that take tips home at night and will be busy! They must be licensed through the state of Oregon and proficient in waxing!
