Work From Home Customer Service Manager with min 10 years experience
Budget: $15 – $45 USD
Work From Home Customer Service Manager with min 10 years experience managing remote teams.
I am looking for someone who can potentially retire working with me. This is for long-term work. I will also require that you have little or no accent.
This is for a fast-growing company with a portfolio of companies under management that handle 500 to 1000 customer support requests per day.
We are looking for someone who loves to lead and build a skilled customer service team and help keep everyone on track and motivated.
This will be hard work and very challenging but you will be a part of a team that will help you and wants to see you succeed.
If you do well you will have the opportunity for growth and promotions within the company.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Setting and keeping track of goals for the team to help challenge them to grow
- Reporting to the owners on the performance of each person, division and overall
- Creating systems and processes to improve the performance
- Make sure tickets and all other issues are being completed in a set period of time
- Creating an evaluating system to recommend when CS agents should get a promotion
- Creating performance improvement plans for when CS agents are underperforming
- Being able to project when the next CS agent will need to be hired because of increased workloads
- Being able to self-manage and make improvements to the whole customer service process.
- Leading team meetings
When you apply please tell me:
- How many years of customer service management experience you have
- How many people have you hired?
- How many people have you interviewed?
- How many people have you fired?
- What is the largest number of people you have managed? How long did you manage them for?
- How many different customer support teams have you grown? Please be specific for what was the number of people when you started and how many people you grew the team to.
- What do you like most and least about customer service
- What metrics do you focus on, be specific, please
- In the very first line when you reply please tell me how many world series the st louis cardinals have won. (This is for the people who just copy and paste a reply)
- What help desk software are you currently familiar with? (Zendesk is a plus but not required)
- Why you are the best person for this job
- Tell me about your last job as a customer service manager and what you did and what were the measurable results you achieved?
- Anything else you would like for me to know?
- Please send over a voice recording of what you would consider your biggest success as a customer service manager and please be specific with what was the exact result and how you achieved it. This is also so I hear your English. I will not be able to hire you if you have a strong accent and it's hard for my customers to understand you.
