WhatsApp Live Chat Support Assistant
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
Monitor and respond to every incoming WhatsApp message from our customers, keeping reply times under two minutes and maintaining a friendly, helpful tone that reflects our brand. The role centres exclusively on live-chat customer support—no phone calls, emails, or back-office admin—so absolute focus on real-time conversation quality is essential.
You will:
• Greet customers immediately, clarify their questions, and supply accurate information or solutions.
• Escalate technical or policy issues to me once basic troubleshooting steps are complete.
• Keep a brief log of common questions so we can refine our FAQ and canned replies.
The WhatsApp Business web dashboard will be your primary tool; familiarity with its quick-reply shortcuts and label system is a plus. Reliability during agreed shift hours and clear English writing are the key success factors.
