• Escalate or tag any issue you can’t resolve so I can step in quickly.
• Record common questions and feedback so we can refine our FAQ and scripts together.
Previous customer-service experience isn’t mandatory; I’m happy to work with someone new to the field and coach you on tone, product details, and basic CRM use. What matters most is clear written Indonesian (and simple English when needed), consistent availability, and a reliable internet connection.
