WhatsApp Fashion Sales Executive Needed

I run VASTRM X UNIQUE, a premium fashion label known for limited-edition pieces and personalised styling. I’m looking for a Sales Executive with solid experience in fashion sales to own our WhatsApp Business inbox from the first hello to the final checkout.

Your day-to-day focus will be simple and laser-sharp: convert incoming WhatsApp leads into paying customers. You’ll greet prospects, guide them on sizing and styling, handle objections confidently, and close the sale right inside the chat—payment links, order notes, and all. Advanced written English and a warm, persuasive tone are essential because our clientele expects a concierge-level experience.

Scope of work (medium detail):
• Respond to warm leads within minutes during agreed hours.
• Qualify the shopper’s needs, highlight product benefits, and recommend add-ons or bundles.
• Share curated look-book images, stock availability, and payment options straight from WhatsApp Business.
• Maintain a quick spreadsheet or CRM log so I can track daily conversions, ticket values, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with our dispatch team for smooth hand-offs once the order is confirmed.
