I run a growing consultancy and the volume of incoming WhatsApp messages now exceeds what I can handle alone. I need someone who can step in and reply to every chat in fluent Indonesian, maintaining a friendly yet professional tone that reflects the advisory nature of my service.
You will log in to my WhatsApp Business account, keep the chat window open during the agreed-upon hours, follow the reply scripts and FAQ I supply, and update a shared Google Sheet with each prospect’s key details. Straight-forward questions are answered immediately; anything outside the script is tagged for my attention so I can step in later.
Deliverables
• Real-time responses on WhatsApp within the set shift
• Daily end-of-shift summary (names, questions, follow-ups)
• Prompt escalation of complex inquiries
Acceptance criteria
• Average response time under five minutes
• At least 95 % script accuracy in replies
• Complete daily report submitted before sign-off
