Incoming WhatsApp inquiries from my customers need prompt, friendly replies right from your own home. I will supply a set of Bahasa-Indonesia message templates; your role is to choose the right template, personalise it when necessary, and hit send within minutes of each message arriving.
Day-to-day work will be done through WhatsApp Web or WhatsApp Business, so a stable internet connection and quick typing skills are essential. Whenever a question falls outside the templates, simply flag it for me and leave a short note so I can follow up.
Deliverables:
• Real-time reply service during the agreed time block
• Consistent use of provided templates without altering brand tone
• End-of-day chat log summarising handled conversations and any escalations
