I manage a WhatsApp channel and want every incoming message answered quickly and professionally. Most replies must be crafted by you in real time (manual responses), keeping the tone friendly, helpful, and concise.
To reduce repetitive typing, I’d also like a handful of simple, keyword-based auto-replies set up in WhatsApp Business—for example, sending an instant “Thank you, we’ll be right with you” when someone texts “Hi” outside office hours. Once those basic triggers are configured, the bulk of the job is live human interaction:
• Monitor the chat during agreed-upon hours.
• Read each customer question carefully and respond in clear Indonesian or English as appropriate.
• Escalate anything you’re unsure of to me, tagging the conversation for follow-up.
• Keep a brief log of common questions so we can expand the keyword list over time.
Familiarity with WhatsApp Business tools (labels, quick replies, and basic automations) is important, but no advanced AI or chatbot building is required. Reliability and a courteous writing style matter most.
