WhatsApp Admin Fast Response Needed

I run an online shop that relies on WhatsApp for almost all customer interactions. I need a dedicated admin who can keep the chat window active and, most importantly, reply to every incoming message about orders within 15 minutes or less. The core of the role is simple: answer customer questions about placing an order in a polite, clear and accurate manner.
Here is what I expect day-to-day:
• Stay logged in to our WhatsApp Business account during the agreed shift.
• Type quickly and correctly in Bahasa Indonesia, using a friendly yet professional tone.
• Focus on “pertanyaan pemesanan”—most questions relate to product availability, pricing, payment confirmation and shipping details.
• Keep track of each conversation so no customer is left hanging; if you need help answering, escalate the chat to me immediately.
• At the end of the shift, send a brief recap (number of chats handled, unresolved issues, any patterns you noticed).
