Weekly Credit Control
Budget: £18 – £36 GBP
I am looking for a freelancer who can provide full management of my weekly credit control. Currently, I have no credit control process in place. I require someone who can take full ownership of managing my credit control and ensure that payments are collected on time.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience in credit control management
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple clients/accounts simultaneously
- Knowledge of automated credit control systems would be beneficial
The freelancer will be managing more than 20 clients/accounts. The main responsibilities will include:
- Setting up and implementing a credit control process
- Monitoring and chasing payments
- Working closely with the sales team to ensure that credit limits are set correctly
- Providing regular reports on credit control
- Resolving any payment disputes
- Continuously improving the credit control process to ensure maximum efficiency
