Weekend Customer Support for Nature Travel with Wyldforest
Budget: €2 – €6 EUR
Hi there! We’re Wyldforest, a U.S.-based nature adventure company, and we're seeking a part-time Customer Support in South America. Assistant to join our remote team. Ideally, you're located in South America and can cover weekend shifts.
Key Requirements:
- Availability: 15–20 hours per week, primarily Friday through Sunday
- Respond to guest inquiries via Georgias, our customer service platform
- Communicate internally through WhatsApp
- Must have excellent written English skills
- Prior extensive experience in customer support is essential
- Familiarity with Georgias and Zendesk platforms
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong interest in nature, mushrooms, wild plants, or the outdoors
- Reliable, friendly, and organized with the ability to work independently
- Passion for engaging with people and providing excellent customer service
Compensation:
- Up to €400 per month
