I need a friendly, patient voice to ring people who have already shown interest in our service—every number you dial belongs to someone who clicked our ad, browsed our site, and volunteered their details.
Your job is to have a brief, genuine chat (most prospects are seniors), explain how the subscription works, answer any questions, and gently guide them through the online checkout while you stay on the line.
I’m not after hard-sell tactics; Calm, trustworthy tone that puts callers at ease and reassures them they’re making the right choice.
What the work looks like
• Calls placed between 10 am and 6 pm GMT, Monday-Friday
• Conversation notes and outcomes logged in our CRM after each call
• Light follow-ups if someone asks to think it over
Ideal candidate:
- Native English speaker or British-friendly accent
- Patient, warm, and genuinely empathetic phone manner — NOT pushy
- Reliable availability during UK daytime hours (10am-6pm GMT)
- Comfortable with low-pressure, relationship-style selling
