As a M & N Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers. Key priorities include accommodating customers, assisting them with any products or services purchased, completing transactions, and answering questions for clarification.
Principle Duties And Responsibilities
Provides customer engagement in positive and approachable manner.
Accurately handles customer's information and processes transactions using the system.
Performs all other duties as assigned in order to maintain an effective and profitable operation.
