Overnight Virtual Assistant – Monitor Book Orders & Coordinate Delivery (Low-Activity | 7 Nights a Week)

Project Description:
We’re seeking a reliable, consistent remote freelancer to help monitor our book delivery system every night, from 9 PM to 9 AM Pacific Time — 7 days a week.

This is a low-activity role where you’ll mostly be on standby. Some nights there may be no tasks at all, but your presence is essential in case an order comes in.

When an order does come through, your job will be to:

Quickly coordinate a delivery driver through DoorDash, UberEats, or another app

Confirm the dispatch and message us if needed

Be reachable and responsive throughout the shift

This role is ideal for someone in India, Pakistan, the Philippines, or any timezone where U.S. overnight hours fall during your regular daytime.

What You’ll Do:

Monitor a notification system for incoming orders

Use delivery apps to schedule couriers

Be responsive via Slack or WhatsApp in case support is needed

Maintain a calm presence during long idle periods

Requirements:

Fluent English

Strong internet connection

Familiarity with delivery platforms like DoorDash/UberEats (or willingness to learn)

Available nightly: 9 PM – 9 AM Pacific Time (PST), 7 days a week

Compensation:

$2 USD per hour to start

Paid even when no orders come in

Room for raises or bonuses based on long-term reliability and performance
