We’re seeking a Virtual Assistant with strong sales abilities to support a boutique high-end wedding photography and filmmaking brand working with discerning international clients.
This is more than admin—it’s about guiding couples through one of the most meaningful decisions of their lives with warmth, confidence, and sophistication.
About the Role:
This is a remote, part-time position focused on lead management, personalised communication, and sales support.
You’ll act as the first point of contact for couples considering our services, many of whom are planning luxury destination weddings or bespoke portrait experiences in Saint Barth or global luxury destinations.
Responsibilities:
* Respond promptly and professionally to new inquiries via email and CRM
* Nurture warm leads with personalised follow-ups
* Schedule and coordinate discovery calls
* Assist with closing bookings and onboarding new clients
* Maintain CRM systems and track communications
* Occasionally support with light admin or social media engagement
Fluency Requirements:
* Fluent English (native-level / mother tongue / excellent English required)
* Clear, confident, and emotionally intelligent communication, building rapport is key
* Ability to mirror a luxury tone and brand voice in all messages
Our clients are international, stylish, and highly selective—we’re looking for someone who can match that energy and provide an exceptional client experience from the first interaction.
Our main clientele is usually based in NY, FL, TX or CA.
START Compensation: (negotiable, based on your experience + success)
* Monthly Retainer: $300/month
* Commission: 5% of each closed sale
* Minimum $100 per closed call
* Typical booking range: $2,000 (portraits) to $8,000–$20,000+ (weddings)
* For an idea, we get an average of 3-5 inquiries a week, and we tend to book 80% of the calls
* Monthly payout
Ideal Candidate:
* Background in sales, client care, or luxury service (weddings or creative industries a plus)
* Native English speaker with impeccable grammar, tone, and email etiquette
* Tech-savvy (comfortable with CRMs, scheduling tools, etc.)
* Emotionally intelligent, proactive, and detail-oriented
* Available for daily check-ins (Mon–Fri) with flexible, self-managed hours
Bonus Points:
* Experience with platforms ASANA and/or NOTION
* Familiarity with the luxury wedding or creative service industry
* Strong intuition for handling high-touch clients with grace and discretion
