Veterinary Outreach Caller Needed

Job ID: 40142140

Budget: $250 – $750 CAD

I have just opened a canine hydro-treadmill rehabilitation practice in the GTA and I need an experienced caller who can confidently introduce our service to local veterinarians. The assignment is straightforward: reach out to vet clinics, speak in a friendly, approachable tone, and clearly explain how hydro-treadmill therapy speeds recovery from orthopedic surgery, obesity, or mobility issues.

You’ll be speaking with medical professionals, so the ability to use correct terminology, answer basic clinical questions, and quickly build rapport is essential. Every call should focus on one goal—introducing the rehab service—while gathering the decision-maker’s interest for a follow-up email or meeting that I will handle.

To keep the process simple and repeatable, I’ll supply an initial call sheet, a concise reference deck, and a list of clinic contacts. I’m counting on you to refine the script as you learn what resonates, maintain accurate call notes, and flag any warm leads immediately.

Deliverables:
• Daily call log with contact names, outcomes, and next steps
• Updated script suggestions based on real feedback
• Brief weekly summary of trends, objections, and opportunities

If you have a track record of upbeat, persuasive outreach to healthcare professionals and can start quickly, let’s talk.
