VICIdial Caller Needed – Inbound & Outbound (Remote)

I need experienced professionals to manage customer service/support calls using VICIdial. Your responsibilities will include handling inbound calls and following a provided script, as well as making outbound calls to assist customers effectively. You’ll also need to log call results and update notes in the system, transferring calls to live agents when necessary.

Proficiency with VICIdial is a must, alongside a fluent or neutral English accent (American accent preferred). You should have a clear voice, confident tone, and polite communication skills. Please be available to work during U.S. business hours (EST) and ensure a stable internet connection and a quiet working environment.
