VICIdial Call Center Agents Needed

I run a U.S.-based customer-service project that needs ten professional phone agents comfortable with both outbound follow-ups and inbound support, all managed through VICIdial. The work is 100 % customer-service focused, so every call follows a clear script, smooth transfers to a live representative when escalation is required, and diligent note-taking inside the dialer.

Day-to-day you will:
• place outbound calls to a provided list, then log outcomes in real time
• receive inbound calls, keep a polite, confident tone, and follow the script word for word
• tag every record accurately and pass qualified callers to the live agent queue

Successful agents already have hands-on VICIdial experience running customer-service campaigns, speak fluent or neutral American English, and can maintain a quiet workspace with a stable internet connection. U.S. East-coast business hours apply, so reliable availability during that window is critical.
