Explain various undergraduate and postgraduate programs offered by partner universities.
Guide students regarding admission procedures, eligibility criteria, fee structures, scholarships, hostel facilities, and career opportunities.
Follow up regularly with interested students until admission confirmation.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admission status.
Course Counselling & Sales
Contact existing college students and working professionals regarding IIATS training programs.
Explain the benefits of courses such as Data Analytics, AI, Full Stack Development, Placement Training, and Certification Programs.
Convert inquiries into paid enrollments.
Assist students in selecting suitable programs based on their career goals.
Lead Management
Handle inbound and outbound calls.
Maintain daily call records and follow-up schedules.
Update lead status in CRM or lead management systems.
Generate referrals and student references whenever possible.
Relationship Building
Develop strong relationships with students and parents.
Ensure a positive counselling experience.
Act as a trusted educational advisor rather than a sales representative.
