USA Telecallers for Training Support

We are seeking Telecallers based in the USA to assist with our employee training programs. The primary responsibility will be making outbound calls to new hires to provide them with necessary training information and support.
Please Note: There will be no sales or any type of lead generation. You just have to connect with the customer support executives of our clients brand over the phone call and give them a mock call as customer and rate their skills. On the basis of your ratings the employee will pass the training program and qualify for production line.
>>> You will be paid per call and review (i.e. $10 per call) on daily basis.
>>> Average handling time of call will be 2-4 minutes.

Key Requirements:
- Must be located in the USA
- Experience in customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to make outbound calls effectively

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Previous telecalling experience, especially in a training or educational context
- Familiarity with employee training programs is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage and inform new hires
