TikTok Shop Affiliate Support Specialist (Full-Time)

We’re looking for someone friendly, reliable, and experienced to join us full-time (40 hours per week) in supporting our amazing TikTok Shop affiliate partners. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person when creators have questions or need a little extra help — whether that’s an affiliate dashboard acting up, a payment setting that won’t save, or a policy detail that needs clarifying.
Because you’ll be helping creators navigate real account and program questions, hands-on experience with TikTok Shop is important. You don’t need to know everything on day one, but you should already feel comfortable moving around the Seller/Shop interface, finding tracking links, checking payout settings, and explaining TikTok policies in a clear, creator-friendly way.
Most communication happens via chat and email, with the occasional Zoom screen share when visual walkthroughs are helpful. We’ll provide access to our tools, and a shared Google Sheet for tracking weekly metrics. Clear, friendly written communication and a dependable internet connection will help you thrive in this role.
What success looks like:
- Responding to affiliate questions promptly and closing most tickets within 24 hours (escalating when needed)
- Keeping clear, accurate notes on issues and resolutions in our shared tracking sheet
- Spotting patterns in recurring questions and sharing insights so we can improve FAQs and reduce repeat issues
