Project Overview
We are collecting real customer–agent phone call recordings from actual Thai bank helplines to build a high-quality AI training dataset. You will call Thai bank customer service numbers, have natural conversations on common banking topics, and record the calls as per the instructions.
What You Will Do
Call actual Thai bank customer service helpline numbers
Record the call using your phone’s default recorder or a third-party app
Start recording just before the IVR ends and stop after the agent ends the call
Have a natural 5–8 minute conversation (up to 12–15 minutes allowed)
Cover normal banking topics like accounts, cards, loans, app support, fraud, complaints, etc.
Submit daily recordings (up to 1.5 hours total per person)
Ensure both sides (you + agent) are clearly audible
Who Can Apply
Native Thai speakers
Age 20–55
From any part of Thailand (Bangkok / Isan / North / South)
Clear speaking voice, ability to talk confidently to bank agents
Conversation Topics
You may speak about any of the following:
General account information, savings/current/fixed deposits
ATM/CDM limits & fees
Debit/credit card issues, international usage
Loans (home, auto, personal) and eligibility
Mobile app login, password reset, PromptPay, OTP issues
Fraud & security concerns
Complaints, delayed transfers, fee clarifications
Bank processes, document requirements, timelines

Recording Rules
Start recording when the call begins connecting to the agent (after final IVR)
Keep the IVR part short (only the last part)
Do NOT record ringing tone
Only include the real agent interaction
Audio must be clear, natural, and noise-free
Do NOT speak like a script or fake conversation
Do NOT include redirection staff conversations
Duration must be 5–15 minutes per call
Rejection Conditions
Recordings may be rejected if:
Duration is over 15 minutes
Audio is noisy, unclear, distorted, or incomplete
Contains ringing or redirected-staff conversations
Conversation is unnatural or scripted
Topic is outside approved scenarios
Payment Terms
Payment released after client QC approval
QC takes 1–2 weeks
Only approved audio minutes are paid
Consistent delivery improves your rating and future allocations
