Telehealth Intake Specialist Needed

Our nationwide group practice is 100 % virtual, so every new client meets us first through you. I need an intake specialist who can smoothly greet callers, verify their benefits, and place them on the right clinician’s calendar while keeping our Electronic Health Record spotless.

Day-to-day you’ll handle appointment scheduling in our telehealth‐friendly software, open new charts, upload or request paperwork, and update insurance and demographic details in Google Sheets that feed directly into our CRM. Experience with any mainstream EHR, standard scheduling tools, and the broader Google Workspace is essential, because you’ll be switching between them constantly.

The role calls for a calm, service-oriented voice, fast and accurate data entry, and the kind of organization that catches a misspelled name or mismatched policy number before it causes delays. A background in healthcare—especially mental-health—or insurance coordination lets you hit the ground running and stay compliant with HIPAA from day one.
