Because we operate entirely online, you’ll need a stable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and familiarity with basic VoIP or soft-phone tools. I provide call scripts, product briefs, and log-in credentials; you bring the voice that keeps our subscribers happy.

Key deliverables:
• Prompt, accurate resolution of each assigned ticket
• Daily call notes recorded in the CRM
• End-of-shift summary highlighting any unresolved or critical issues
