Telecalling Customer Support & Product Info

I need a skilled tele-caller who can handle incoming and outbound calls for our latest Gharpic design product line. Your primary role will be to provide clear, friendly customer support to potential customers who have expressed interest or requested a callback. While assisting them, you’ll naturally weave in key product features and current pricing or discount information so callers feel fully informed before making a purchase decision.

What matters most is a confident phone presence, good spoken English or Hindi, and the ability to keep accurate notes in a simple CRM or spreadsheet at the end of each shift. I’ll supply the lead list, a brief product sheet outlining the main features plus the active offers, and a soft script for common questions—you’re welcome to personalise it as long as the core details stay intact.

Deliverables (to be submitted daily):
• Call log with call outcome and notable questions raised
• Feedback or objections you heard, summarised in a few lines
• Suggestions on script tweaks that could improve conversions
