Telecallers Needed in Nellore & Hyderabad

I’m expanding my customer support team and need a few energetic telecallers located in Nellore city and Hyderabad. Your core task will be to handle general-inquiry calls: greet the caller, listen carefully, provide clear answers, and record each interaction in our CRM before moving on to the next ticket.

Because most of our callers switch effortlessly between English and Telugu, you must be comfortable doing the same. The role is purely support-oriented—no sales pitches, upselling, or billing conversations—so your success hinges on patience, clarity, and a friendly phone presence rather than persuasion techniques.

You’ll receive a short script, a product FAQ, and access credentials for the call dashboard; I’ll expect you to be online during the agreed shift window, keep abandonment low, and flag any unresolved issues for my escalation queue. If you have prior BPO or help-desk experience, mention it, but newcomers with the right language skills and a service mindset are equally welcome.
