Telecaller for AI Warm Leads

My AI business-consultation agency receives a steady stream of warm leads—people who have already expressed interest through webinars, downloads, or referral partners. I need a confident English-speaking telecaller to pick up the phone, speak with these prospects, and provide clear, accurate information about our consultation packages so they feel fully informed and ready for the next step.

What the work looks like
• You’ll receive a daily list of warm contacts with basic background notes.
• Your goal on each call is to answer questions, clarify how our AI advisory can help, and record detailed call notes in our CRM.
• When a prospect is ready, you’ll either book them into my calendar or flag them for a senior closer—whichever feels most natural based on the conversation.

Success here means timely follow-ups, consistent call logging, and a friendly, expert tone that builds trust rather than a hard sell. If you have experience handling knowledge-based or SaaS products over the phone, that’s a bonus.

Tools we use: HubSpot CRM, Zoom (for scheduled demos), and Slack for quick team check-ins. Familiarity helps, but I can train the right voice.
