Telecaller – Loan Lead Outreach

Every day I will drop a fresh sheet of qualified leads on your dashboard; all numbers are pre-screened for interest in Car, Personal and Business Loans. Your job is to pick up the phone, speak confidently in Hindi (with enough Basic English to manage names, dates and figures) and guide each caller through product features, eligibility and the document checklist.

Once the prospect is comfortable, collect the mandatory KYC details and upload the documents to our internal portal, then keep the momentum going with polite follow-ups until the file reaches our processing team. I track progress by completed loan files, so clear notes and disciplined callbacks matter more than call volume.

Freshers are welcome if you can stay target-focused. The pay structure is straightforward: a fixed ₹10,000 becomes active after the first three car-loan files close, and additional incentives will kick in for every extra file—exact slabs we can finalise together.

Choose full-time or part-time hours, and work entirely from home as long as you have a quiet line, a decent headset and stable internet.
