B2B Tech Call Support Specialist

I need a fluent English speaker who can jump straight into handling both inbound and outbound calls with our business partners. The role sits at the intersection of customer happiness and light technical troubleshooting, so you’ll spend most of your day guiding partners through product-related questions, documenting each interaction in our CRM, and making sure every conversation follows the script and brand tone I’ll provide.

Because you’ll be the first voice many partners hear, I’m looking for someone who stays calm when lines are busy, keeps notes organised, and can translate a technical answer into plain language on the fly. Prior technical support experience is essential—if you’ve ever walked someone through a configuration step or explained why an integration isn’t syncing, you’ll feel right at home here.
