Tamil KYC Reminder Telecalling

I need a proactive telecaller who can fluently speak Tamil to reach out to my existing customers and remind them to complete their KYC. All contacts are current clients, so the tone must remain courteous and service-oriented rather than sales-driven.

For every call, I’ll provide the customer list and a short script outlining the key KYC points to cover. After each interaction, you’ll log the outcome—completed, follow-up required, or unreachable—into a simple Excel spreadsheet I supply. Accuracy in that sheet is essential because it feeds directly into our internal compliance reports.

You should have a quiet calling environment, your own phone or VoIP setup, and the confidence to handle basic customer questions about the KYC process (I’ll brief you on the common ones).
