Sweet Shop Sales Staff Needed
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I run a busy neighborhood sweet shop and I’m looking for full-time sales staff who already have 1–2 years of experience in a similar retail or food environment. Your role will revolve around welcoming customers with a smile, answering their questions about our sweets, packing orders neatly, and keeping the counters spotless. In between customers you’ll update stock records, rotate trays so nothing sits too long, and flag low-running items so production can stay ahead. You will also operate the POS system, weigh and price items accurately, process cash, card, and digital payments, and balance the till at day’s end.
To succeed you’ll need confident communication skills, basic math for quick calculations, and a knack for staying calm during holiday rushes. Familiarity with local mithai names and safe-food-handling habits will put you ahead.
