Role Overview
As a Lead Outreach Specialist, you will connect with customers who have already shown interest in our services and guide them through the booking process. Your clear communication and professional attitude will help drive conversions and create a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to warm leads and engage in clear, professional conversations in native-level Swedish
Present car wash packages in a confident and informative manner
Schedule appointments according to customer preferences
Maintain accurate records of calls and update lead status
Share feedback with the team to improve outreach effectiveness
Requirements
C2-level fluency in Swedish (spoken and written) – mandatory
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Prior experience in telemarketing, customer service, or appointment setting is a plus
Ability to work with CRM tools or spreadsheets
Reliable internet connection and a quiet environment suitable for remote work
Working Hours
8 hours per day, Monday to Friday
Must be available during standard Swedish business hours
