We are looking for reliable IT Support Assistants in the United States to receive and manage IT/security equipment from our customers. This is an entry-level but highly trusted role, with a potential career path to become the official US Business Representative of Kalasima LLC.
[Responsibilities]
Receive IT/security equipment shipments from US customers.
Provide a safe and organized environment to support the IT team for equipment setup and remote testing (guided by Poland HQ).
Share daily updates and photos of received equipment.
Communicate regularly with the Kalasima LLC team.
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
[Requirements]
Must be 18 years or older.
Reliability, responsibility, and honesty are most important.
No prior IT experience required — full guidance and support provided.
Good communication skills.
Willingness to grow into a long-term representative role.

Initial phase: IT Support Assistant (part-time/freelance).
After proven reliability and trust, the best candidate will be promoted to US IT Support & Business Representative:
Serve as the main point of contact for US customers.
Oversee IT equipment handling.
Represent Kalasima LLC in the United States.
Compensation will increase with expanded responsibilities.
