You’ll be the point of contact for all massage therapy bookings—answering calls, confirming appointments, and guiding clients through our menu of services. A friendly, professional tone is essential because your interaction sets the tone for each guest’s visit.
Day-to-day you’ll help:
• Greet walk-ins and check clients in and out
• Manage the booking system and keep records tidy
• Explain our massage therapy offerings and any ongoing promotions
• Coordinate with the therapists so sessions start on time
