I'm seeking a freelancer to assist with customer service phone support in Slovenian. The support primarily involves addressing general inquiries.
Key Project Details:
- Type of Issues: The phone support will primarily handle general information requests from customers.
- Hours: Support is needed for 1-2 hours a day, exclusively on weekdays.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Fluent in Slovenian, both spoken and written.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly handling phone queries.
- Capable of providing clear, concise and friendly information to customers.
- Availability during weekdays for 1-2 hours a day.
