Slovak & Lithuanian Call Handling

I run an e-commerce store that serves customers in both Slovakia and Lithuania and I need two friendly voices—one native Slovak speaker and one native Lithuanian speaker—to pick up our support line. I’m completely comfortable working with beginners as long as you communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure, and can follow simple procedures we’ll provide for order lookup, shipment tracking, complaints, and phone-in orders.

Here’s what the day-to-day looks like: you’ll log into our cloud PBX during business hours, greet callers in their language, check the order-management dashboard for parcel status or stock information, note complaints in the CRM, and, when requested, create a manual order. I’ll supply scripts, FAQs, and a quick video walkthrough so you can start confidently from day one.

When you submit your proposal, just tell me about any previous experience you’ve had on the phone—nothing fancy, a short paragraph is enough. Fluency in Slovak or Lithuanian is essential; I’m hiring one person per language so please specify which line you want to cover.
