On-Site Brisbane Xplan Training

I need an experienced Xplan specialist to spend two-to-three days in our Brisbane office working one-on-one with my new Client Service Officer. The goal is to get her productive fast, so the sessions must be practical, paced to her “some experience” starting point, and framed around our live client data.

Focus areas
• Basic navigation and data entry in Xplan
• How to merge and pull data for basic FDS and ROA's etc

How the days will run
You’ll sit beside her, walk through real workflow scenarios, and let her drive the keyboard while you guide, correct, and explain. Short demo bursts are fine, but the bulk should be hands-on practice with immediate feedback.

What I expect you to deliver
• On-site coaching over 2–3 full business days (exact dates are flexible within the next fortnight)
• Email support for any follow-up questions during the week after training

• Deep, day-to-day knowledge of Xplan’s adviser view and back-office features
• A patient, engaging teaching style that makes complex reporting feel simple
