I run an online store that sells Home and Living products, mostly everyday household goods such as shampoo, conditioner and similar items, and I want to test how smoothly our customer-service chat works. Your role is to pose as a genuine shopper and send short, natural-sounding questions through the platform’s live chat. Typical topics include stock availability, shipping times, colours, sizes or product details—anything a real customer might ask.
Once I share the store link, you’ll log in with your own Singapore buyer account, send one question per chat and spread the messages across different times of the day. No purchase is involved; I just need the chats.
I pay US $0.40 per chat, so ten messages earn US $4, released via Freelancer as soon as I confirm everything is delivered.
Deliverables
• Agreed number of unique chat questions from a Singapore-registered account
• Basic proof the messages were sent (screenshot or chat log)
