Short-Term Rental Property Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Short-Term Rental Property Manager to oversee our portfolio of vacation rental properties. As the Property Manager you’ll be responsible for guest communication, property maintenance coordination, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. You’ll have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage guest inquiries, reservations, and check-ins and check-outs.
- Coordinate cleaning and maintenance schedules with vendors.
- Conduct property inspections and ensure units are clean and well maintained.
- Address guest issues and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Monitor property performance and implement strategies to optimise occupancy and revenue.
Who you are :
- Previous experience in property management or hospitality.
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of local regulations and short-term rental industry trends.
- Proficient with property management software is a plus.
