Shopping Cart Maintenance Payment Issue Resolution

I done some shopping cart maintenance for a 3 store owner in Indiana. I have done his stores several times before..He always cashed me out after each store. I did the first store in Brookeville and when done he never told the manager to cash me out. so i went ahead and done the other Brookeville store (IGA) that he owns. He eventually pulled up at the store when i was almost done. He asked if I could just wait and get with him personally the following
day at the 3rd store of his in Rising Sun and get paid then for all 3 stores. I said that would be fine. the next day he never showed up and would not answer his phone, The manager there eventually paid me for his store there. I went back to the other two stores to see if i could get paid. they called him and he showed up with the deputy sheriff and made me leave premises withougt pay. i have all text on my phone where h3e stated that he would pay me then. he owes me $1,583.70. And I had to stay an extra night to try and talk to him abouit getting my pay. He claims I Knowingly put defective wheels on his carts.
