Shopify Ecommerce Virtual Assistant Needed

I run a growing Shopify store and I’m ready to hand off the day-to-day admin so I can focus on new products and marketing. I’m looking for a reliable virtual assistant who already understands the Shopify admin and can jump straight into three core areas:

• Customer service – Reply to emails and occasional phone inquiries with a friendly, solution-oriented tone, following the canned responses and brand voice I’ll provide.
• Order processing – Verify payments, create shipping labels, and keep customers updated on order status directly inside Shopify.
• Inventory management – Monitor stock levels, update listings, and flag low-inventory items so we never run out of our best sellers.

You’ll have access to Shopify, Gmail, and our VoIP number. Quick training videos and SOPs are ready; what I need is someone proactive enough to keep the inbox and order queue clear without constant reminders.

Deliverables will be considered complete when:
1. All customer emails are answered within 24 hours.
2. Orders placed before 3 PM EST are processed the same day.
3. Inventory reports are updated every Friday with clear restock recommendations.
