Shopify Clothing Store Management

I recently launched a Shopify store that sells clothing and accessories and I’m looking for a dedicated partner to keep it running smoothly day-to-day. The work is broad but straightforward: make sure new styles go live with clear photos and accurate descriptions, reply to customer questions or exchange requests in a friendly tone, and keep an eye on inventory so nothing shows as in-stock when it isn’t.

Here’s what I need delivered on an ongoing basis:
• Product upkeep – add new items, update pricing or variants, retire sold-out pieces.
• Customer care – answer email/chat messages, process returns or size swaps, and pass along any recurring issues you notice.
• Inventory monitoring – reconcile Shopify counts with my supplier’s figures and alert me before anything runs low.

I handle the buying and creative direction, you handle the store’s daily heartbeat. If you already know your way around the Shopify admin, its bulk editor, and basic customer-service apps, we should be a great fit.
