I want to partner with an experienced travel professional who can look after every stage of a family’s trip, from the very first flight search right through to on-trip assistance. Your core responsibility will be to act as my back-office travel desk, creating seamless, kid-friendly itineraries, securing great flight and hotel rates, lining up age-appropriate tours, and making sure each traveller is fully insured and supported while away.
Typical assignments will include sourcing and booking flights that minimise layovers for children, choosing accommodation with family amenities, arranging private or small-group excursions, and issuing comprehensive travel insurance. Once the trip is confirmed I will also rely on you for real-time support: handling schedule changes, re-booking if plans go astray, and providing clear guidance on local transport, dining and safety.
You should already have access to GDS or equivalent airline booking tools, strong supplier networks for hotels and tours, and a straightforward way to deliver e-vouchers, tickets and insurance documents. I expect transparent pricing, prompt communication via email and WhatsApp, and a proactive approach to keeping families informed before and during their journey.
Deliverables per trip:
• Confirmed flight, hotel and transfer reservations
• Day-by-day itinerary with booked tours/activities
• Issued travel insurance policy and contact details for emergency support
• A single dossier (PDF) containing all confirmations, tickets and on-trip instructions
