I am in need of a customer service support professional who can provide phone support. (French ONLY)
Skills and experience required:
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly phone manner
- Previous experience in phone support or customer service roles
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide solutions effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
Translation services are not required for this project.
The main focus of this customer service role will be following up with customers after their inquiries or issues have been resolved.
Responsibilities will include:
- Gathering information from customers about their concerns or inquiries
- Offering suitable solutions or assistance to resolve their issues
- Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and to address any further questions or concerns
This is a remote position and availability during regular business hours is required.
