I run a busy home-care agency and need reliable help, 40 hours each week, reaching out to the caregivers who apply through our job boards. Your spoken and written English must be genuinely fluent because you will be the first voice and name the candidates hear.
What you will do
• Screen each new applicant to confirm basic qualifications and experience.
• Provide clear, friendly explanations of the role, pay structure, and next steps.
• Schedule qualified candidates into my interview calendar.
You will contact them by phone, email, and quick-response messaging apps, whichever gets the fastest reply. No formal interaction logs are required, but you should still be comfortable opening or updating Microsoft Excel sheets and Word documents when I hand you templates or tracking files.
Essentials to succeed
• Consistent 100 Mbps (or faster) internet and a quiet line for calls.
• Confidence using Excel, Word, and web-based applicant platforms.
• Availability for a full 40-hour workweek aligned with U.S. Eastern Time.
